The day was September 30, 2008 after completing my session of teaching a financial class online at the University of Adversity, LLC. , and on the wake of the historic fall of the stock market, the inspiration came to me like this "There will be a rise after the fall, there will be a reversal after all." The crash is not the end the inspiration dictated. I battled the thought and I resisted the temptation to write for several days. I tried to stay focused on a legal case which was pending in Federal court and for which I was expecting to have a trial shortly thereafter in the pursuit of justice. However, as I witnessed the emerging of Obama's candidacy right after the crash, I also recalled the prophetic insight granted to me by the Creator of heaven and earth. I recalled that I was told more than one year prior that the then Senator Obama would be the nominee and the President of the United States despite all odds that were against him. Now, the prophecy tied with fulfillment right before my very eyes and history was into making around the world. I could no longer defy the power of inspiration and the presence of the Holy One. My eyes caught the inevitable unemployment doom that loomed on the horizon and how people of all ranks would be affected by the aftermath of that catastrophic crash. My eyes also caught the emergence of social and white-collar crimes and abuses. Yet, there it was, before me, the harbinger of things to come, the collapse of the job market in America. I was somewhat powerless and on the other hand I was instructed to create a symbol to counteract the depressive negativity and psychological warfare that would sweep away the hope of millions.

Then, I began the drafts of this logo, private label and trademark to symbolize the

transition or the reversal as I was instructed. I cannot recall ever in the history of our nation neither can I find somewhere in the record books, a similar trademark placed on a cause to turn it around. I thank the Great One for such an awesome privilege a

nd I pray everyday that the use of this trademark would contribute to the prophetic sight I caught after september 29, 2008.

To all in America, I present BAFU, a unique private Label, Trademark and Logo designed to achieve a psychological impact on the minds of those who were the most affected by this economic crisis. There are two camps currently in America and I am not referring to the political parties, I am not referring to two different races, religions, genders etc. I am talking about two mindsets in one Country; a) those who see the economic glass half-empty and b) those who see the economic glass half-full. This trademark represents the line of demarcation between these two groups and also the mindshift needed for the recovery long awaited.

As I continue to search everywhere, I could not find a mark better suited to support and promote the Recovery Act. I ask all Americans to consider this mark to be affixed on anything worthwhile to promote the hope, the current work by our President and his administration, and the opportunities that are ours to create jobs everwhere across the U.S.A.
